Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us — [Legal name of the operator / company], [Street and house number, Postcode City, Germany], email info@100vitalyears.com, phone [+49 …] — by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early start of the service and premature expiry

Access to paid features is only unlocked before the end of the withdrawal period if you expressly request it at checkout. The checkout therefore asks you to confirm both that we may begin immediately and that you acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (§ 356(4) BGB, Art. 16(a) Directive 2011/83/EU). If you do not give that confirmation, access starts after the 14 days have passed.

Not the same as cancelling

Withdrawal ends a newly concluded contract retroactively within the first 14 days. If you simply want to stop a running subscription for the future, use the cancellation button or Settings → Plan & billing. The full contract terms are in the terms of service.
