Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; there is therefore no longer an ODR link to provide under Regulation (EU) 524/2013.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of the German VSBG, unless stated otherwise in our terms.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7 (1) DDG and general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement; we will remove such content promptly.

Liability for links

Our pages may contain links to external websites whose content we do not control. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for that content. Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; unlawful content was not identifiable. Permanent monitoring without concrete evidence of an infringement is unreasonable; on becoming aware of violations we will remove such links promptly.
